Leap Studio ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy is shared across our Apps; individual Apps may collect a subset of the data described below depending on their features.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to this policy.

A. Information You Provide

• Account information (if the App offers sign-in or account sync)
• Content you create or upload within the App (e.g., photos, text, or preferences), where applicable

• Subscription or purchase information (handled securely by Apple App Store or Google Play)

We do not collect sensitive health data beyond what is needed to display in-app statistics or progress, where an App offers that feature.

B. Usage Data

We may collect:

• App interaction data (screens viewed, features used, session length)
• Progress, streak, or milestone data, where applicable
• Device type, operating system version, and language settings
• Crash logs and diagnostic data

This data helps us improve performance and user experience.

C. Advertising & Analytics Identifiers

Some of our Apps are supported by advertising. Where ads are shown, we and our third-party partners may collect:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
• IP address, device model, and network information
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and engagement)

On iOS, ad tracking only occurs where permitted by your App Tracking Transparency choice.

D. Third-Party SDKs

We may use trusted third-party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and subscription management, which may include services such as Firebase, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, AppsFlyer, Adjust, RevenueCat, and similar providers. These partners process data under their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide core App functionality
• Track your progress and statistics, where applicable
• Improve App performance and fix bugs
• Show and personalize advertising, where the App includes ads
• Send notifications or reminders (if enabled)
• Process subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Prevent fraud or misuse

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Storage

Your data may be:

• Stored locally on your device
• Stored securely on cloud servers (if account sync or cloud features are provided)

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

5. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Payments

Some of our Apps offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments and subscription processing are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store or process your payment card information directly; purchase and renewal status may be shared with us or our subscription management partner (e.g., RevenueCat) to unlock purchased features.

6. Advertising

Some of our Apps display third-party advertisements to support free access to the App. Ad networks may use advertising identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads and measure ad performance. You can limit ad personalization through your device's privacy settings (e.g., "Ask App Not to Track" on iOS, or resetting your Advertising ID on Android).

7. Notifications

If you enable notifications, we may send reminders related to your App activity or schedule. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
